Antônio Assumpção

Antonio Assumpção is admitted to practice law in both the United States (New York, 2009; Florida, 2023) and Brazil (Rio de Janeiro, 2004).

He obtained a law degree from PUC-Rio in 2003, followed by two LL.M. degrees in Business Law from IBMEC-Rio (2006) and Comparative Law from the University of Miami (2007).

Throughout his career, Antonio has held multiple leadership positions and managed legal affairs for major companies including Motorola, Google, and Lenovo.

He currently serves on the board of directors, as a trustee, and as counsel for various businesses in North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

In addition to his professional work, Antonio provides business advice to high-net-worth families and individuals, specializing in wealth planning, contracts, corporate law, and cross-border transactions.
